RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your interest in dumb. apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and/or product, we want to help in any way we can.
Our Return & Exchange Policy is as follows:
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item to dumb. apparel from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All items are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.
To initiate a return send an email to info@dumb.apparel with the request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) once we have received the returned item. You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. You are responsible for return shipping and the shipping of the exchange.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made.
We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
If we no longer have stock we will refund you for the product you purchased (which may exclude a refund on shipping).
